The activities of "The Sea of Sciences" continue throughout the month of April. To the exhibition of the Municipal House of Culture and the conferences held last week now number more than 160 students during these weeks are attending workshops to know further scientific and technological aspects of the marine world, focusing on the Mediterranean Sea.
The workshops, which are also developed in the Municipal House of Culture, focus on the marine world in a practical way: invertebrates that inhabit the waters, oceanographic research, whale watching or playing sea turtles.
In addition to these activities, students attended yesterday an exit navigation along the coast of Dénia and Xàbia in which simulated sampling methods in the marine environment, and April 15 another exit along the coast of Altea and Benidorm to watch whales, turtles and seabirds will take place.
