Band of BrothersOf Amagoia de Berrio-Ochoa in the category of 19 to 30 years In memory of what we forgetBy Laura Bisquert Sanchis, in the category of participants over 30 years they have been the winning stories of 4º Short Story Competition of the Youth Council. Both see their works published by the City of Denia and receive a check for 100 euros to redeem for books.
The jury of this edition, composed by the Councilor for Youth, Cristina Morera, The Councilor for Equality, Elisabet Cardona, director of the Escola de Teatre Comarcal, Mario Passero, the graduate in Catalan Philology and Hispanic Philology, Mar Reus and the head of the Public Libraries Network of Dénia, Llúcia Signes, decided that the two of them were the winners, as well as leaving the prize in the 10 category to 18 years.
In the new category of themes relating to gender violence, open to all categories, has been awarded the work The call of destiny, Eduardo Gil, who concurred in the category of over 31 years. Eduardo also see his published work and receive a check for 50 euros to redeem for books. The other categories have been deserted.
The winners will receive their awards at a ceremony to be held in early December.
