The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports has activated the web aulasegura.es, where all the information about returning to class in conditions of maximum security is made available to the Valencian educational community in this atypical 2020-2021 academic year.
The new website includes the safety, hygiene and protection protocols established in schools to deal with COVID-19, what to do in case of infection detection, and answers frequently asked questions about going back to class.
In addition, aulasegura.es will have a call center in the coming days to answer questions also by phone.
Among the information that can be found in aulasegura.es is the obligation of students from six years of age to wear a mask both in common spaces and in classrooms. The use of this protective measure is also mandatory at all times for teachers and non-teaching staff.
In aulasegura.es it is also explained that the organization of students in classrooms from Infant to 2nd grade is in stable coexistence groups of a maximum of 20 students as a general rule. They are groups of male and female students who, due to their age, in the classroom, on the patio and in the dining room, do not keep the interpersonal distance of 1,5 meters between them.
In the rest of the Primary courses, the center may have organized the students into stable coexistence groups or make groups maintaining a safety distance of one and a half meters between students. In the rest of the educational stages, the students are separated in the classroom at a meter and a half of distance between their classmates.In the ESO, Bachillerato and FP stages in most cases they attend class every day, but, in case they not fit all the students in the classroom with the required interpersonal distance, they must go to the center on alternate days.
In the different windows of the web you can find information on the use of masks, temperature control, mobility within the educational campus, the disinfection measures of the centers, how the canteen and school transport are organized, which is the school hours of the students, what is the COVID-19 space of each center or how the coordination between the educational center and its reference health center is carried out.
