Eduardo Pérez and David Huertas were the winners of the 'XV Crossing to swim Mayorales de Sant Roc'

In the midst of a great atmosphere, it was played on Sunday morning, on the beach of Punta de Els Molinsby Dénia, the "XV Mayorales swimming crossing of Sant Roc". With an attendance somewhat lower than in previous editions, when it coincided with the Crossing to Valencia celebrated a day earlier and the Crossing to the Port of Moraira the same day, the race was disputed.

The first to jump into the sea were the participants in the distance of 1.500 meters, which did so from the inside of the sea since there were enough rocks on the shore. The dominators of the test were David Huertas of Triathlon Claverias Mostóles and Sergio Rubio of Club Natación Albacete. They crossed the finish line in this order. Huertas did it with a 19.57 time. Rubio's was from 21.03. The third place went to the swimmer, Miker Arrue with an 21.12 mark.

Highlight the great performance of three young people Dénia Swimming Club-Marines; Benito Pastor was fourth with a record of 21.56. Miguel Ordóñez was fifth with a mark of 22.23. Joan Puigcerver was sixth with a mark of 22.30.

In females, the best was the swimmer, Ángela Jiménez, from the La Roda Swimming Club, who crossed the finish line with a time of 22: 44. The second place went to Miriam Roselló, of the Avant Moncada Club, with a record of 24.18. The third place went to, Mª José Ferrer, who made a time of 24.23.

Eduardo Pérez and Andrea Lucas the best in the 5.000 meters

The seconds in jumping to the sea were the participants in the distance of the 5.000 meters and as in the previous one there was a lot of equality among the first classified. The winner was Eduardo Pérez, from the Club Tenis Chamartin, a swimmer who was already the winner in the previous edition. Pérez, reached the finish line with a 1 time: 14.55.

A few seconds after Perez entered, Alfonso Caballero, of the Las Rozas Triathlon Club, with an 1.15.04 mark. The third place went to, Nacho Santonja, of the Club Natación Delfin, with a record of 1.18.38.

In women the best was the infant, Andrea Lucas, Godella Swimming Club, with a time of 1: 20.59, followed by Andrea Fos, an independent swimmer who made a mark of 1.21.15 and third place went to, Raquel Benito, Club Diablillos of Rivas, with a time of 1.27.05.

Laura Del Amo winner in the distance of 500 meters

In the crossing of 500 meters the absolute winner was Laura Del Amo, with a time of 8.00. The second place went to Natalia Cabanillas who finished the race with an 8.39 brand. The third place went to Ivan Lechev who reached the finish line with a time of 8.51.
