Two tons of plastic caps to help children with medical needs

Last April, from the Federation Marina Alta Solidaria launched a campaign to collect plastic caps to help children in the region with specific medical or orthopedic needs that they cannot access due to lack of financial resources.

Five months after he ripped this initiative, we have collected more than two tons of plugs that are currently going to help a child suffering from leukodystrophy 8 years from birth. The treatment consists in the implantation need growth hormone to achieve significant progress, but with a cost of 2.000 euros monthly family is increasingly difficult to pull it off.

Plugs collection continues to help him and other children, and can be deposited at the following locations:

And in Pedreguer, AMADEM headquarters also collects plastic caps for the cause.
