The new coronavirus data update by health departments after again bittersweet news. On the one hand, the incidence continues to fall throughout the region of the Marina Alta. On the other, two positive deaths were again registered in the COVID tests.
The Marina Alta has registered 44 new coronavirus infections, 13 more than in the last update. However, the cumulative incidence continues to decline, standing at 93,77 infections per 100.000 inhabitants.
The most negative note is marked by the two new deaths that have been registered in the region. One of them belongs to Dénia, which already adds 40, the other to Teulada-Moraira, which with this sum already 15. In total, the Marina Alta has added 209 positive deaths in COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
In Dénia, the new cases of coronavirus also suffer a slight rebound, adding 13 positives in this update. The cumulative incidence, on the other hand, stands at 93,40, within the average level of contagion.
