D * na 2018 Gastronomic Festival: list of chefs and products that will go through the main stage

New names are added to the list of chefs that will participate, the 29 and 30 of September, the one in 2º D * na Festival Gastronomic Dénia. A total of 18 chefs will be part of the programming of the main stage, which will be installed, as last year, at the end of the tour.

The cooks of the likes of Elena Arzak, Oriol Castro, Pepe Rodríguez and Pepe Solla are joined by the Mexican Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, from the restaurant Historical Blue (Mexico DF); Pedro Morán, who runs the restaurant Casa Gerardo (Asturias); Bruno Ruiz, prophet in his land and last winner of the Creative Contest of the Red Prawn of Dénia; Mª José Martínez, from the restaurant Canvas (Valencia); Santiago Prieto, from Sents (Ontinyent, València); Tono Pastor, from Bouet (Valencia); Raúl Aleixandre and, to four hands, the cooks Clara Puig and Borja Susilla, from Tula (Xàbia).

All of them will share the stage with Miguel Ángel Mayor, chef of the restaurant Happens (Valencia); Vicky Sevilla, from Arrels (Sagunto, Valencia); Nanín Pérez, from Murri (Alicante) and Nuria Morell, of the restaurant Nozomi (Valencia).

To these men we must add chefs from 2, creative cities of Gastronomy, Bergen and Parma, who together with Denia will cook live, share experiences and promote gastronomic knowledge. By last, Taste Spain will be represented by a chef from the Euro-toques Association.
