The technicians of the Diputación explained that this project dates from 2008 and was resumed in 2013 "without any objection and no opposition from the previous government team". During these two years, the City Council did not appoint any interlocutor for the coordination and monitoring of the works until August of this year. For this reason, it was the first time that the technicians of the Provincial Council met with the councilors of the Government team to address the problems that have arisen after the controversial execution of the road safety improvement project on the Marines.

As reported by the technicians, the works will be completed in ten days and asked the representatives of the city council that after a trial period of several weeks, move to provincial body all proposals for adjustments and improvements on safety and operation of the new road to ensure the safety of all circulating on the road to Les Marines.
