The Ministry of Health has published the new update of coronavirus data by municipalities. In this, the new positives registered in the PCR tests carried out in each health department of the Valencian Community since last Friday, May 28, are added.
In this update, the Marina Alta registers 14 new cases, 2 more than last Friday. In total there are already 10.120 positives since the pandemic began, of which there are currently 51 active. Therefore, the accumulated incidence stands at 29,89 infections per 100.000 inhabitants, still far from the new normality.
In the case of Dénia, 2 new cases have been added, 4 less than in the previous update. With these there have been 3.159 since March 2020, currently 14 active. In this way, the capital of the Marina Alta has an incidence of 32,69 infections.
