Do not be too clever to realize that the pretensions and policies of this mayor and government team is to have zero growth in new construction of houses in Denia and start rehabilitating old houses because Denia is impoverished and with buildings that are they fall apart. All this is demonstrated by the null management and paralysis of the general plan and rut by the local government, which although it is not their fault that the rut has declared the supreme illegal, also do nothing to facilitate the urban development of Denia.
With this new policy of the city of Denia to renovate the buildings and not build more in Denia we are completely unprotected citizens to declare any building at risk of collapse and to leave us in the street. In a month they already have two buildings evicted, they are lots of the sea and now group catala, what will be the next building that they will want to renew ?? Yours?? Mine??
