In the 2013 budgets, the item of 16.000 euros destined for the Federation disappears Marina Alta Solidarity. This was denounced by the socialist councilor Vicenta Bixquert, which also warned of the possible disappearance of courses for immigrants.
Bixquert explained that the Marina Alta Solidaria Federation has more than 70 volunteers to which fourteen social aid associations belong. Among the main objectives of the Federation is the formation of volunteering, awareness and a volunteer plan so necessary in the current situation.
