Neighbors on the street Les Portelles have denounced the presence of a swarm of bees located in the abandoned plot that is right next to the nursery the Milotxa. The director of the center, Sonia Carrió, in statements to Denia.com He said the swarm formed about two months ago and "may be dangerous to children." Carrió pointed out that every day around four in the afternoon the bees come out and are clearly visible from the street.
30 bees in the kitchen
Carrió also warned that last Friday, after they put cement in one of the exits of the bees, they would have found another small crack in the building next door and sneaked into a neighbor's house. The elderly woman would have been terribly scared when she walked into the kitchen and found 30 bees. Her son had to go home to help her and shortly afterwards she went to the local police where she filed a complaint.
It is not the first complaint. The director of the Milotxa the past 27 of March already presented a register of entrance in the Local Police of Dénia denouncing the situation. The letter also collected the signatures of the neighbors of the street. In fact, they have even notified an environmental technician from the Public Health Department who took notice. The swarm, for now, is still on the site.
Everything indicates that the presence of a beekeeper is waiting to be removed.
