Dénia returns to the telematic plenary sessions due to the increase in COVID cases

28 December 2021 - 12: 34

The Dénia City Council will once again hold the next plenary session electronically after the COVID-19 data update that Health has made public today. For this reason, the council has confirmed that they make the decision to return to online sessions "as a precaution against the increase in cases" in the municipality, since these sessions are held in closed spaces.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, between March 2020 and April 2021, the Dianense City Council held all the plenary sessions through the Zoom application. In May 2021 they returned to the presence of the plenary sessions, but without an audience.

However, the good data of the past months contributed to the decision of the consistory of resume plenary sessions with public presence in November 2021. Despite this, they will not be able to do it again until the situation improves. In fact, not even those involved will attend, but will see each other again through their screens.
