The Sant Antoni festival, organized by the Department of Festivals, returns this year after being canceled for two consecutive years -2021 and 2022- due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The traditional blessing of animals will be held on Sunday, January 29 and will have the Torrecremada esplanade as its meeting point, where at 11 a.m. pets and people will meet to start a tour that changes in this edition.
From this point, the parade will begin, which will pass through Jaume I square, Patricio Ferrándiz street, the Cervantes esplanade, up to the Clima monument, and will end on Marqués de Campos street. At the height of the site of the old ambulatory, the blessing of the animals will take place at 12 noon.
The church of San Antonio de Dénia, Events Argudo and Mascotetas collaborate with Fiestas in the organization.
