The Councilor for Territory and Urban Quality, Maria Josep Ripoll, accompanied by the Councilor for the Environment, Josep CrespoHe announced this as justified "not to jeopardize the materialization of the proposals that we are considering in the preparation of the General Structural Plan".
According to Ripoll, this preventive suspension "is very limited" and it affects mainly the areas where the provisions of the current urban transitional arrangements applicable until the entry into force of the new General Plan differs from the proposals are working on the PGE.
