The plenary session of the city council of Dénia on Thursday unanimously approved the proposal for an agreement by which the term of administrative concession of the Building of the old fish market 30 the coming years.
This proposal, one of the points of urgency of the session, was explained by the mayor and councilor of tourism, Vicent Grimalt. In the year 2012, the Director General of Transport and Logistics issued a resolution regarding the application for administrative concession of this building, in the port of Dénia, for socio-cultural and tourist space for a term of five years.
Now, once this term has expired, the City Council requests the administrative concession of this building for the maximum time provided in Article 32 of 2 / 2014, of 13 of June, of Ports of the Generalitat. And, in 2017, with the rehabilitation works under way, from the government team launch this proposal so that citizens can enjoy one of the most anticipated projects of the Trust Plan.
The plenary agreed to communicate this decision to the General Directorate of Public Works, Transport and Mobility, Subdirectorate General of Ports, Airports and Coasts, Ports and Airports Administration Service.
