Dénia continues to bet on gastronomy by registering the brand "Gamba Roja de Dénia"

Dénia wants Dénia Red Shrimp to obtain the Protected Geographical Identification (IPG) seal, a hallmark that verifies that it is a product of origin, quality and certified quality. For them it has begun to work hiring a company to register the brand "Red Prawn of Dénia" with a view to the declaration of Dénia as a City of Gastronomy by UNESCO.

Councilor for Tourism, Pepa Font, explained that in this way, the red shrimp will be "the great pillar and prop" of the project.
