8 next April, coinciding with the programming of the World Theater Day, the city of Dénia will become the capital of amateur theater of Valencia with the presentation of the reciéen created D'Escoles Municipals platform Teatre of Valencia, integrated by the municipal schools of theater of Foios, promoter of the project, Meliana, Albal, Puçol, Bétera, Dénia, Pedreguer, Teulada, El Verger, Massamagrell, Alboraia, Mislata, Picassent, Aldaia and Vila-real.
This platform is born with the aim of structuring the municipal theater schools in the Region to optimize resources, develop a common work and exchange knowledge and ideas. This platform will also allow the students to different schools can represent their stage productions in partner towns, increasing their chances of shooting.
The presentation of the 8 day, which will have the collaboration of the Fundació Baleària, will begin at 20: 30 hours at the facilities of Jauja Port and will be open to all audiences. In this case, the reading of the World Theater Day manifesto will be done by the Valencian actor Nelo Gómez, member of the Association of Actors and Actrius Professionals Valencians. The act will be completed with the representation of scenes and performances prepared by some of the schools that make up the platform.
For the next day, on Saturday 9 in April, three theatrical workshops have been organized for the students of the partner schools. The workshop clown and improvisation will be held in Llunàtics and interpretation before the camera will be held at the premises of Artistics. The school meeting will close with a fellowship meal in Llunàtics.
