The Ministry of Health has published the new update of coronavirus cases by departments and municipalities in the Valencian Community. This brings together the results of the PCR tests carried out between Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
In this new update, a great improvement is seen again in the data registered in the Dénia Health Department. In the Marina Alta 39 new coronavirus positives have been detected, the lowest number of the latest updates. In the last 2 weeks there have been 160, so the cumulative incidence drops to 93 cases per 16 inhabitants.
Dénia continues to be the population that registers the most but each time with a smaller difference compared to the rest. In today's update, only 11 new cases have been recorded, again a declining number very similar to that of the best weeks of the fall. In the last fortnight there have been 50 positives registered, placing the capital of the Marina Alta with a cumulative incidence of 118. In total, since March, a total of 58 positives have been added in the municipality.
