Dénia City Council decided last week to appeal against the High Court ruling Justice favorable than 95% discount on the tax on construction, installations and works (ICICI) to the company Marina Salud by works of applied regional hospital.
This was explained by the council of finance, Vicente CheletAfter the local board of government in which the council decided to appoint lawyers for filing the appeal to the Constitutional Court, when considering the sentence "It enters local powers and assumes decisions that fall within the competence of the city council."
Chelet recalled that the plenary session of the city council approved in March of 2012 unanimously to grant the declaration of "special interest" the works of the hospital, setting the bonus ICIO in 10% and the maximum possible 95% of the company requesting considering that "The company does not act selflessly, it is about encouraging a work that has already been promoted by a Public Administration and that will reside in the municipality of Dénia at the will of the Generalitat Valenciana".
