Tourism and sustainability do not go together but this new concept of sustainable gastronomic tourism is incoherent. What makes it sustainable for a large group of people to move to eat in another city or country? Where is the sustainability? In the tomatoes and prawns that are going to be served in industrial quantities? Selling a "gastronomic" dream while the population is getting poorer every day and real food more expensive? Is it sustainable to trade with the resources to which the people have access problems? that's immoral
