The Nou d'Octubre is just around the corner and in this, as it has already done in recent years, the Dénia City Council will make a great commitment to bring Valencian musical culture closer to Dianenses.
We had already marked on the agendas the Zoo and Maluks concert that was scheduled for Monday, October 11 after having to delay it from its original date, in Fiestas de Dénia, due to COVID. However, during the previous days the installation of the Torrecremada stage will also be used to fill the weekend with music.
On Saturday Nou d'Octubre, at 20:30 p.m., one of the most representative figures of Valencian rock in recent decades will take the stage: Xavi Sarrià. Along with his musicians, the former vocalist of the legendary Obrint Pas returns to the city that already welcomed him in the past along with his old band. A totally free concert whose reservation can be made at this link.
On the other hand, on Sunday 10, from 19:00 p.m., a series of groups from the Marina Alta will go up on stage to play in front of the Dianense public. It will be a day whose clear protagonist is the region, betting on local groups to promote their projects. Which is not to say that they don't already have a career behind them. These are Tremp, Ferreteria Rosario and Arsènic. The free reservation can be made at this link.
