During Friday afternoons, the program La Terrassa, from the autonomous public television À Punt, confronts two Valencian municipalities with traditional rivalries. Last week it was Dénia's turn and Xàbia, two of the most important towns on the Alicante coast and have always been fighting over such trivial questions as which face of the Montgó is more beautiful, who has the best beaches or where is the best shrimp.
To try to resolve these conflicts, the program had the testimony of multiple neighbors who were in charge of defending each of their localities. In addition, it had the musical performance of artists from Dénia and Xàbia.
