The City of Dénia has launched an information campaign aimed at suppliers and entrepreneurs who are presented in contracting processes in the Administration made through a simplified open procedure on the need to be registered in the Official Registry of Tenderers and Classified Companies of the State ( ROLECE) that depends on the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations or on the equivalent registry of the Autonomous Community, as stipulated in article 159.4-a of the 9 / 2017 Law, of November 8, of Public Sector Contracts.
The City Council of Dianense may agree to the use of this simplified open procedure when the estimated value of the work contract is equal to or less than 2.000.000 € or 100.000 € in the case of supply or service contracts, that is, the vast majority of contracts formalized this City Hall.
Without complying with said registration, it will not be possible to contract with any public administration through the simplified open procedure, as of the September 9.
For the rest of hiring procedures of superior amount that this City Council calls, this procedure will not be mandatory, but it will be convenient.
To facilitate the procedure, the City Council has organized a training day that will take place next Tuesday, 4 September, at 13 hours, in the municipal center of Portelles (Pare Pere Street, 14 number).
