The Dénia City Council will grant a grant, with 2.000 euros each, four students of the fourth edition of the Master in Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine during the academic year 2021-2022. These scholarships may be used to enroll in the Specialist Degree in Culinary Science and Technology, Food Pairing, Rice and Haute Mediterranean Cuisine (30 credits), which is part of the University of Alicante's own study program, or enrollment in the full master's degree ( 60 credits).
Two of the scholarships will go to 'junior' applicants (aged 35 or under, with 2 years of work experience in the field of catering, hospitality or gastronomy) and the other two 'senior' students (over 35 years old with a minimum of 5 years of work experience).
