Dénia 2011-Classics brings together renowned soloists and chamber ensembles of the highest international level

The last Friday of the months from January to April, a first-rate musical event returns: the cycle Dénia-Classics 2011, that in this new edition will surprise us as much for the high level of the participants as for the original thematic programs that each concert will present.

The concert program month of January He will be in charge of the young soprano Carmen Paula Romero, Which already stands as a soloist in important venues along the Color of the Rectory and piano, they will offer us a journey through the history of opera through the most famous arias and opera choirs of GF Händel, WA Mozart, G. Donizetti, G. Puccini and F. Léhar.

In the second concert, February month, a magnificent formation is presented for the first time in our region: Berlin String Quartet, Formed by prestigious professors, soloists from the Berlin Straatskapelle, directed by Daniel Borenboim. This training has performed in the most important stages of the world and has a great record catalog. His program will be about the string quartets of WA Mozart, FJ Haydn and F. Shubert.

El March recital he proposes again a trip to the opera, in this case two exceptional soloists:l clarinetist Wolfang MeyerBrother Sabien Meyer's acclaimed clarinetist and member of the Lucerne Festival Orchestra, directed by Claudio Abbado, act with her disciple, Valencian Carlos Casanova. Both will be accompanied by the Valencia Soloists group, members of leading orchestras Valencia and the Balearic Islands. The program presented to us highlights the unusual repertotio chosen, original concert fantasies on operatic motifs, pieces of great virtuosity, all orchestrated for this training by the Valencian composer J. Manuel Morales.

And to conclude this year, a much anticipated program and yet we have heard: serenades and amusements of WA Mozart.
