The numbers do not add up: the municipal crane service gives the 250.000 Euros daily to the municipality, much less than what it collects, which means a deficit of 180.000 euros per year.
Therefore, the council has approved start writing a new specification for towing service contract, which so far has been doing the same company based extensions to not set any other conditions of the specifications.
The council of finance, Vicente Chelet, recognized that "Crane service is deficient in most municipalities, but we must ensure that the losses are minimal."
