Dénia looking for the finalists of VI International Competition of Creative Cuisine Red Gamba

El VI International Competition for Creative Cuisine Red Gamba de Dénia It already has a date of celebration. It will be next Tuesday 28 of February, during the morning, in the Municipal Market. But to be able to carry out it is necessary to know the names of the eight chefs from all over the country that will participate.

That is why from the organization has already opened the registration period for the contestants. From Monday, December 12, and until the next January 23, those interested in participating can sign up on the website denia.net/concursogambaroja.

VI International Competition for Creative Cuisine Red Gamba de Dénia

The inscriptions are open to all professional chefs representing a catering establishment, a company or an entity related to gastronomy, with a maximum of one participant per business. Among all the registered chefs, eight finalists will be chosen to participate in the contest.

The selection of the finalists will be made by a jury of gastronomic professionals and critics based on the description, the recipe, the scandal and the photo of the presented dish, and of course, that the red shrimp of Dénia is the main raw material.

The next 13 of 2017 February we will know the names of the 8 finalists who will cook their proposals live in the Municipal Market of Dénia.

The winner of VI International Competition for Creative Cuisine Red Gamba de Dénia will receive a prize of 2.5000 euros; the second classified will take 1.500 euros and the third classified, 1.000 euros. In addition all of them will take a commemorative sculpture made by the Javiense artist Toni Marí.
