Dénia approves the umpteenth modification of the PGE despite the rejection of all the opposition

May 04 from 2023 - 15: 21

The Dénia City Council has held an urgent and extraordinary plenary session this afternoon to discuss the resolution of the landscape and coastal report of the General Structural Plan (PGE). Town Planning Councillor, Maria Josep Ripoll, has defended the favorable but conditional reports that the PGE has obtained, stating that they require very minor changes to details. However, these new requirements have been criticized by opposition political representatives.

mario vidal, Gent of Dénia, has asked that such an important document be waited for and that there was no need to be in such a hurry. Susana Mut, from Ciudadanos, has warned that the plan presented will mortgage Dénia for life and has criticized the lack of public exhibitions and the exoneration of patrimonial responsibility to the Department. For her part, María Mut, the PP, asked about the road report and, in line with the other representatives, recalled that being in a hurry is a bad travel companion, and Rafa Carrió, Compromís, has pointed out the lack of transparency and the need to withdraw the requirement that exonerates the responsibility of the Department to give its support.

Finally, the modification of the PGE has been approved nominally, at the request of the PP, with the only votes in favor of the PSPV and the NO of all the opposition. Ripoll has added that the road report has not yet been issued, but the alleged conditions have been added after talking with them. "The processing of the PGE is correct and is ready to be approved," said the councilor.

It is unverantwortlich gegenüber in the Bürgern von Denia in Plan so zu genehmigen. Was treibt die Sozis so.

    If they hit him laps.
    That PGE is crap.
It does not give Dénia what it needs.
Great Avenues, Skyscrapers, Commerce, a Shopping Center…
We have a mayor's office that wants to preserve that fantasy of a small Valencian town and forget about the needs of the people:
    Work, transport and tourism.
    The rule of three T's.
Dénia has to be a city with 100.000 inhabitants.
And that is what we propose from the Democratic Federal Front.
A new city for a future Federal Republic.
Dénia has to be the Valencian heart

Here Dani says something different every day with his "great statesman" theories. That's what he believes.
One day he talks about the happiness of those who live in North Korea and another he wants a cosmopolitan Dénia.
