The council of finance, Vicente Chelet, confirmed yesterday that next week, and after the period of open arguments, Dénia will definitely approve their budgets in an extraordinary plenary session as they were initially presented.
During the period of the claims, 4 made the allegations presented: two of the PSOE, one of UGT and two of individuals, and all of them have been dismissed. Those presented by the Socialists "They do not enter into any of the concepts marked by legality", according to the councilman. The UGT and one of the individuals, related to the staff, have also been dismissed, as well as the one presented by a citizen on a judicial matter in which the city has two judgments in its favor.
It is recalled that budgets amount to 2013'47.180.959 64 euros, 14% less than 2012 accounts. All items decreased except for Social Welfare, Tourism and Trade.
On the expense side, it is expected a decrease of 5% in Personal caused by the depreciation of places for retirement, leaving the budget in euros 17.416.000. Spending on current goods and services increased by 1'64% and financial expenses amounted to EUR 2.083.000.
Change in the tax regulation of IBI
The council announced that, from now and after a change made by the Ministry of Finance, will be individuals who shall inform of Cadastral Amendments to be done in your home. Thus, if not done within the specified period of 2 months, you will have to pay a fee of € 60.
