Dénia announces that it will not raise taxes or fees in 2014

The municipality of Dénia is already working on next year's budget, and their works are aimed at freezing them. As reported by the council of finance, Vicente Chelet, is going to find a way to deal with the payments that the city has pending for urban decisions, and amounting to 30 million euros, without raising fees or taxes.

The way forward is to reduce the municipal items, "Except those that directly imply the dynamination of the local economy, such as those of Tourism, Commerce, Social Welfare, as well as the plans for Employment"Said Chelet.

Today, the city is demanding 30 million euros in compensation, 13 of which correspond to Hort de Morand, causing delinquencies town hall with suppliers increasing gradually. In the past quarter, it reached 7,3 million euros.
