Dénia leaves the new normal after the latest coronavirus data update

May 04 from 2021 - 09: 17

The Ministry of Health has published the new update of coronavirus data by municipality, taking into account the results of the PCR tests carried out in each health department of the Valencian Community.

The new positives from the Dénia health department, on which all the Marina Alta, have decreased significantly to register 13 new cases (in the last update there were 22). This implies that the number of active cases in the region stands at 60 of the total of 9.876 and, therefore, the cumulative incidence remains at 35,16 infections per 100.000 inhabitants, still far from the goal of reaching less than 25 and thus return to the new normality.

In addition, there has been a death in the region with coronavirus, increasing the number to 202 positive deaths from COVID-19 in the Marina Alta.

In the case of Dénia, the number of new infections has increased very slightly with 6 cases since last Friday. Of the 3.076 infections registered since March 2020, 13 are those that remain active. Therefore, the incidence rises again to 30,35, once again abandoning the new normal to be at the low level of contagion risk.

I was reading about the help for cancer and dialysis patients with screens provided. I think it would improve all patients health if you also improved the appalling connectivity of the wi fi. It cost us a fortune when my husband was admitted for a cancer operation using 4g on our devices because the hospital wi fi is so awful. That is not to deny the wonderful treatment and health care we always receive at the Hospital de Denia. Thank you medical staff.

So 25 is the target. In Germany it is 100. Who decides these numbers and why? Does 0 appear to be the target? Well, we can't do that with the Flu and we can't do that with the Crown. But yeah, keep telling lies and keep people worried. Poor people.
