The jury of the III edition of the City of Dénia 2020 Children's-Youth Narrative Prize in Valencia, convened by the Dénia City Council in collaboration with Andana Editorial, met last July to assess the 16 works submitted to the contest. After deliberations, the jury decided to declare this edition void, considering that the participating works do not meet the minimum quality requirements.
The jury for this third edition of the award has been made up of Llúcia Signes Mata and Maria de Mar Reus Bas, representatives of the Dénia City Council; Jovi Lozano Seser, representing MACMA and writer; Ricard Peris Ferris and Llúcia Casanova, representatives of Andana editorial; and Muriel Villanueva Perarnau, specialist in children's literature.
Participants will be able to withdraw their works from the Municipal Public Library (c. De Sant Josep, 6) within a month from the publication of the minutes of the award jury on the website of the Dénia City Council and Andana Editorial. After this time, they will be destroyed.
