The City of Dénia, through the Department of Environment, Agriculture and Climate Change and the Office of Innovation and Creativity, has organized a course on work for elaborate food craftsmen.

This course, which is carried out in collaboration with the Organic Production, Innovation and Technology Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, is aimed at people interested in the artisan food production, those who are thinking of starting a production activity and also those dedicated to local-rural dynamisation.

The programming has a theoretical-practical nature and will address the aspects to take into account when starting an agri-food processing company, such as legal needs, food safety, a practical script for the realization of the self-control plan of the analysis system of hazards and critical control points and the validation of alternative practices.

The course will take place on Saturday 10 in March, from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 19 hours, in the central nave of the Torrecremada park in Dénia. Places are limited and it is required to make a pre-registration to the Environment email, with deniaviva@ayto-denia.es address. The registration period ends March's 7.

Marta Feliu Reig, expert in agrifood processing, will be in charge of imparting the session, which is free of charge.
