The city of Dénia will celebrate for the first time, the Cursa de la Dona, a test that in other locations already has a certain tradition. The initiative to organize this solidarity race comes from the group of popular athletes, "Engantxa a Correr" which has the collaboration of the Dianense city council.
The test will be held on October 19 with a distance of several meters 4.900 town streets. It is available in three modes; 18 years older runners, walkers and strollers.
The first to exit from the Calle Marques de Campo will be the 10.30 runners, walkers and later be the last to start the tour will be the walkers, they may carry carts with children but can not run.
Registrations are open at the price of 5 euros, and can be made on the somesport website. The registration deadline ends on 16 day at 14 hours.
It is a charity race since 10% of the revenue from registrations will be donated to the Association Matria gifts against violence generated.
The bibs can be removed the day before at the Tururac store, from 10.30 to 13 and from 17: 30 to 20 hours and the day of the test at the 8 start line: 30 to 10 hours.
There will be trophies for the top three riders in the categories; juniors, seniors, veterans A, B and C, both women and men.
Before and after the test line installed on the street Marqués de Campo target, there will be a zumba class by staff Q.Fitnnes gym.
