Creama offers free courses on internet use thanks to the hiring of two young people

Since the end of July, Creama Dénia counts among its workforce with two young people of 30 years with formation of Cycles of Professional Formation of the family Informatics and Telecommunications. Its recruitment, which has been possible thanks to a grant requested by the City Hall of Denia to Servef, and co-financed by the European Social Fund, allows the consortium to offer a series of free courses on internet use.

That is why, from Creama, have appealed to all people who are still not managed on the internet, do not have email, or have it but do not know how it works, who do not know how to surf the internet or handle procedures through of the electronic headquarters of the City Council of Denia, who do not have or know what the digital certificate and other issues related to new technologies.

In the course of Basic digital literacy for citizenship will be taught notions about the operation of a computer, what is Internet and how to browse the Network, or issues related to the operation of electronic mail. The course lasts two weeks and will be given several editions in the coming months. The classes will be given two days a week, from 9.30 to 11.30 hours, being able to choose the shift Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.

The second planned training is a workshop on the Electronic Head Office OAC Dénia and it will explain what is the electronic seat of the city, how to access and the requirements to do it, how to carry out a process, for example automatically obtain an e-mail address) and issues related to the citizen folder (receipt of notifications, access to files in which we are interested, etc.). The workshop is an hour and a half in duration and is taught from Monday to Thursday, from 12 to 13: 30 hours.
