Creama delivers medical supplies to residences due to the current situation due to Covid-19

27 March 2020 - 13: 02

From the Occupation Workshop Marina Alta IX, subsidized by Labora, which is being developed in Creama, the sanitary material that was available at its facilities has been delivered. Specifically, several glove boxes and several bottles of hand sanitizing gels have been delivered.

The delivery has been made to the Santa Llúcia Residence Hall in Dénia, where a part of the students of the specialty "Social and Healthcare for Dependents in Social Institutions" of the Workshop started work practices before the crisis caused by COVID-19; and to the Fundación Residencia Benissa Nuestra Señora De los Dolores, San Joaquín and Sta. Ana, where the practical workshop classroom of this specialty is located.

The "Marina Alta IX" Workshop has two specialties: "Local tourist promotion and visitor information" and "Socio-health care for dependent people in social institutions such as residences or day centers". The students of the workshop have already started the internships, in the specialty of public health care in public residences and in the information for visitors to the tourist offices and other municipal dependencies of the municipalities that make up the consortium. The students of the workshop, in addition to learning a trade, carry out an important task of supporting these entities, the collaboration of which is essential to complete the training provided.
