The Consortium for the Economic Recovery of the Marina Alta (Creama), of which the Dénia Town Hall is a member, is one of the collaborating entities of the Day of the Entrepreneur of the Valencian Community 2014, an initiative promoted by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) of the Generalitat Valenciana and the European Centers for Innovative Companies (CEEI) of the Valencian Community. The Day of the Entrepreneur celebrates its ninth edition, divided into three days that will be held in Alicante (October 28), Castellón (November 6) and Valencia (November 27).
The councilor of Creama Dénia and vice president of the regional consortium, Vicente Chelet, has presented today in the town hall the Day of the Enterprising Person of the Valencian Community 2014 accompanied by Roberto Payà, director of the CEEI of Alcoi, of which the Marina Alta depends geographically.
The call, explained Roberto Payà aims to be a meeting place to learn and exchange information and experiences, while offering the ability to generate business among attendees. This edition has chosen the theme "Focus Business' with the aim of strengthening the concept of an event organized around the business, entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Day of the Entrepreneur focuses on seven major areas: Networking; Business Advisory Council, reinforced this year; entrepreneurial learning, including experiential learning workshops through role-playing games; Competition, with contests and prizes; Conferences; Communication area and a sample of innovative companies in which more than 80 companies spreading their product.
Michelet and Payà have encouraged SMEs and businesses to participate in this great gathering of entrepreneurs in the year 2013 8.500 gathered more than participants.
Dénia Creama Councilman said that "Support for young people and the new entrepreneur is very important because it helps their consolidation and, ultimately, the creation of employment". Michelet has highlighted the ongoing work in this line Creama, congratulated his team and took the opportunity to remember that twentieth anniversary of its creation.
