The situation is clear, there is not much to discuss:
    1) It is not profitable to open a business in Denia due to the abusive and disproportionate price of rents.
    2) While the merchants and businessmen continue with their cacique mentality subjecting the employees to a semi-slavery regime, we will not be able to advance in tourism quality, excellence or sustainable business.
    3) While the city council (politicians and officials) favor more traders than others, the blackmail, abuse and injustice will continue.
