This morning we woke up with rain in Dénia, and it seems that this will be normal in the coming days. A new round of rains is approaching, which will be more generalized and more important than those of the last dates, but always in a moderate way. Some forecasts indicate that this meteorology could last until the end of March.
Various cold drop and DANA fronts will reach the Iberian Peninsula in the coming days, but this is not synonymous with torrential rains. According to the Laboratory of Climatology of the University of Alicante, low pressures predominate in the Mediterranean right now, which means that there will be a surface east wind and that it will come humid and cold, because the sea temperature at these dates is low. So for the weekend we will have a quite variable environment, and temperatures in our area will be below the values we are used to in late March.
