Then he tried to explain the three basic points of the initiative. First, in the area of City Council it intends to immediately create the Joint Committee. Point three will be dedicated to talking to the Department of Housing of the Generalitat Valenciana so that from this administration is carried out ensure that the fundamental right to housing is met. This is something that corresponds to this consellería therefore the City Council will require, in the words of Mengual "has already been sued". Since this administration has already been launched in this regard, Mengual said that the local government will "at your disposal to help in whatever it takes".
Finally, to keep track of the people who are most in need, there will be a census of all who have this kind of problem. Help will be asked the court to from there a list of people who are demanded to be evicted, so we can make such a census.
