This week keep coming good news regarding tenders for projects Plan Trust. If yesterday we knew the tendering of the works of the old fish market and harbor redevelopment of the street Mar from Cándida Carbonell to Diana Street, on Friday, the DOGV has published the tender for the works of Joan Fuster lighting.
The first one refers to the new sports hall lighting and improved energy efficiency, a project budgeted at EUR 179.011,97 which has a deadline of two months. The second tender is the lighting also works on the same avenue. Its budget is 70.174,48 euros and the execution time of one month. Companies interested in taking over these works may submit documentation to the January 12 2017.
Meeting in Valencia
These bids come the same week in which part of the government team met in Valencia with the General Director of Housing, Rebeca Torró. The meeting was attended by the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, And Council MªJosep Ripoll Óscar Mengual.
The deputies were satisfied with the meeting, where they found that almost all of the projects are already tendered or tender stage. The most advanced project of all is the asphalting Cemetery Road. In this case, the work is already awarded and is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
On the opposite side is the draft provisional bus station, whose bid is not yet published. In the same state are the Casa de la Marquesa Valero de Palma, whose bid depends on the Conselelria of Culture; and the roundabout at the junction with Diana Street Joan Fuster.
Regarding this latest project, the mayor recalled that Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana has issued the report of rigor that is already sent to Conselleria. Once the autonomous entity authorized, will be the City Council who tendered the works.
Deadlines
If all goes as planned, it will be a full 2017 works in Dénia year. This was precisely one of the issues addressed at the meeting, since from Dénia has been requested to coordinate the schedule of works to prevent the city is immersed in them in the months of July and August.
