The set of Aguilar Winery, from Ondara has inscribed his name as champion of the "Acydma Summer Tournament", by beating Rte in the final. Miguel Juan by 4 to 0.
The final of this tournament that has been disputed during the month of August was played in the Joan Fuster pavilion. After yesterday's semifinals, both teams jumped onto the court with lots of caution.
For many minutes none of the two teams managed to master the rhythm of the game. Equality was the most outstanding note during the first half, until the time came for the Ondara team. This goal forced the Dianense team to have to risk more in their actions. The break came with the score from 1 to 0.
At the start of the second half, a defensive error condemned the Rte. Miguel Juan who fit the second goal. From that moment, the Dianenses tried to reduce the advantage of its rival, but they collided again and again with an iron defensive system.
The minutes were passing and the Rte team. Miguel Juan had to risk, he put goalkeeper-player but his rival continued to maintain a good defensive order. In two steals, Bodega Aguilar was able to beat the Dianense goal and place himself with a substantial advantage from 4 to 0.
There was no time for much more and the game ended with that marker that gives the title of champion to Bodega Aguilar.
The president of the Cultural and Sports Association Marina Alta, Alberto Portillo, was in charge of delivering the trophies to both contenders.
