The performance of the Colla l'Esclat closing the X Jornades d'Instruments Populars, the 7 and 8 August are held at the School of Music Manuel Lattur of Dénia.

The group emerged from the Municipal School of Ancient and Traditional Music of El Verger, EMMAT (now ESMUJ) with a group of 26 musicians directed from its inception by Pasqual Salort Aguilar. Registered as an association, the 2003 year becomes part of the "Federació de Dolçaines i Tabaleters de la Comunitat Valenciana" in the 2004 year, participating since then in all kinds of performances, meetings, etc.

Now, with the new entry of young people in early 2010, 9 3 dulzainas and percussionists, the group consolidates and continues on with your future project.

La Colla l'Esclat presents an innovative, interesting and renovating concert, with a first part in a traditional format, which includes the premiere of the “Marxa Cristiana Laus Deo” from the work “10 anys de Tocant i Rodants” for three dulzainas and metal by Ferran Ferrando, and a second part full of surprises with the interpretation of well-known soundtracks such as "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "The Lord of the Rings", as well as a selection from Carmina Burana and the premiere of the Regional Anthem of the Marina Alta, “Set Fonts”, paracolla, brass and chorus. On this occasion we have the collaboration of the Al Vent Brass Quintet, the Orfeó de El Verger, the Orfeó de Sueca and the ballet directed by Mónica Ferragut.
