Compromís per Dénia has decided not to celebrate the Tardor Premises this year, in its twenty-seventh edition, due to the restrictions and circumstances of COVID-19.
For Compromís, the Premis de la Tardor are awards that have historically been awarded during this season of the year "And it does not make sense for us to award some candidates and do the event on a date that does not coincide with the autumn months", said Agust Espí, local secretary. “In addition, despite being able to find ways to celebrate the event digitally, we have deemed it appropriate to stop the election of winners and the celebration of the event, as other cultural and festive events have done, and organize the twenty-seventh edition in autumn of 2021, with some winners and delivery conditions as they deserve ".
However, the group has wanted to remember with an audiovisual the winners of these 26 years of history of Premis de la Tardor, who were born in order to highlight and recognize the task of cultural, social and / or environmental promotion of a person and a group of our territory.
"Next year we will continue to expand our trajectory and celebrate culture, Valencianism and social values with more enthusiasm and work if possible", Espí concluded.
