How are the aid of the Generalitat for the self-employed affected by the pandemic and who can request it?

The Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor has published the approval of the regulatory bases for direct granting of these aids in order to reduce the negative effects that the impact of the exceptional measures adopted because of COVID-19.

Self-employed persons affected by the pandemic may be beneficiaries of this aid on the condition that they are beneficiaries of the extraordinary COVID-19 Social Security benefits, in the months of January, February or both of 2021 who have the fiscal domicile in the Valencian Community.

Exclusions

Self-employed persons who incur in any of the prohibitions provided in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the General Subsidies Law will be excluded.

amount:

a) A maximum of 300,00 euros per beneficiary of the extraordinary COVID-19 Social Security benefit during the months of January and February 2021.
b) A maximum of 150,00 euros per beneficiary of the extraordinary COVID-19 Social Security benefit during the month of January or during the month of February 2021

Compatibility regime

These grants are compatible with other grants, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, from any administration or entity, public or private, national, from the European Union or from international organizations.

The request will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat Valenciana, through the procedure enabled for this purpose.

The deadline for submitting applications will begin at 09.00:15 a.m. on February 23.59 and end at 28:2021 p.m. on February XNUMX, XNUMX.
