Dénia and Burgos, the only two Spanish cities that have been recognized as Creative Cities of the Gastronomy of UNESCO, have made the first contact to start joint actions that enhance both projects.
Contact was established within the framework of FITUR, the International Tourism Fair held in Madrid, where the mayors of both cities met. The Mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, He agreed with the mayor of Burgos, Javier Lacalle, outlining the first actions that will define this line of collaboration.
