This Wednesday at the 10: 00 in the morning begins, in the Provincial Court of Alicante, the trial of a man accused of raping a woman in the parking lot of a disco in Denia.
According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, the accused, along with another unidentified man, agreed with the victim inside the establishment and proposed to go to the parking lot to consume drugs.
Once outside, the three went to a car where the stranger grabbed and immobilized the woman and the accused raped her. The prosecutor asks for the defendant a penalty of ten years in prison for a crime of sexual assault.
