The days are driven by the Food Justice organization, the project EcoEscoles, Agricology, the FAMPA Enric Valor, the CEIP Llebeig de Dénia, the Department of Education of the Ajuntament de Dénia and the Generalitat Valenciana.

El día viernes 15, at 19: 00 hours, the documentary will be screened Tot canvi comença a l'escola, a project of organic food and development of the school garden in the educational centers of the Marina Alta.

Next, Jorge Mimbrero, president of AMPA Gómez Moreno of Granada, will present an example of an AMPA struggle to maintain the management of its school canteen, against the privatization model that prevails in Andalusia and that favors the control of the service by the large multinationals.

The day will end at the 13: 30 with a round table with experts who will contribute their point of view on how to move towards a more healthy, fair, close and educational school dining model. Josep Morera, coordinator of EcoEscoles, will deepen in the educational innovation project of educational centers grouped by an agroecological, environmental education, school garden and ecological school canteens in the Marina Alta.
