February 01 from 2015 - 00: 00

The mayor of Citizens Mari Martínez and those responsible for the proposal of an International College in Jesus Pobre, Mara Bañó and Ana Pla, held a working meeting. The conclusions of the meeting Citizens has indicated that, contrary to what was published in some media, the project is definitely going to JáveaBut that is still on the table the proposal to stay in Denia.

In that sense Martinez wanted to be very clear: "Citizens promote in those who promote"And he assured that making the appropriate changes and adapting the project to the environmental and landscape needs"the project is a benefit for Jesus Pobre and Dénia".

The mayor pointed out that the golf course was conducted amid distrust and opposed by many and yet, twenty years later all parties have gone to take the photo on the twentieth anniversary.

Faced with criticism from some neighbors Martinez said the enormous importance of landscape and rural environment of Jesus Pobre that in his opinion can be maintained even in value appropriate action "making the school an international benchmark of sustainability and nature studies. Not the same construction and expansion of illegal houses has been suffering Jesus Pobre, with the environmental degradation that means a performance that well-planned, well-executed and consistent with the law".

Martinez also criticized the political manipulation that makes administration to point out that the report of the City Council about the school takes months hidden in a drawer. "Management should be a 'clean', serving citizens and tool according to law and therefore must be completely oblivious to the political interests and election time".

That's why the mayor has demanded that the Town Planning resolve the report to the effect that by law corresponds and lead by example rather than do what is criticizing on the issue of guarantees.

The number one Citizen has made clear that "or this or anything, we're all the same parties and it is time to take the matter to heart and that 'shoot' who is in favor and who is against".
