The mayor of Citizens Mari Martínez and those responsible for the proposal of an International College in Jesus Pobre, Mara Bañó and Ana Pla, held a working meeting. The conclusions of the meeting Citizens has indicated that, contrary to what was published in some media, the project is definitely going to JáveaBut that is still on the table the proposal to stay in Denia.
In that sense Martinez wanted to be very clear: "Citizens promote in those who promote"And he assured that making the appropriate changes and adapting the project to the environmental and landscape needs"the project is a benefit for Jesus Pobre and Dénia".
The mayor pointed out that the golf course was conducted amid distrust and opposed by many and yet, twenty years later all parties have gone to take the photo on the twentieth anniversary.
Faced with criticism from some neighbors Martinez said the enormous importance of landscape and rural environment of Jesus Pobre that in his opinion can be maintained even in value appropriate action "making the school an international benchmark of sustainability and nature studies.
